Hello There!

I'm Garima Bulani

I’m someone who has taken quite the winding road to get here. I started as a chef, pouring my heart into flavors and textures, creating magic in the kitchen. But life had other plans, and I found myself in the corporate world—learning, growing, and figuring things out. Yet, no matter where I went, my love for baking never left me.

So here I am, finally chasing my dream of owning something of my own. Just like the best bread is made from scratch, I’m building this little venture from the ground up—step by step, with a whole lot of love, patience, and, of course, butter!

This blog is my space to share not just stories and experiences, but to make it feel relatable.

Let’s whisk, knead, and bake our dreams into reality together!

This is a Focaccia bread which is an Italian bread

Italian Specialty, Focaccia Bread

In all sweet there needs to be a savory, and our menu provides this balance. Here you see an Italian Focaccia Bread looks like pizza but it’s not, loaded with herbs and vegies and olive oil, making it moist and best combination with soups, tastes like a delight itself, and also in combination of condiments as a sandwich.

This is a platter of donut or doughnut.

Everyone's Favorite, Donuts

Ever seen an art you can eat, here is what I like to call “edible art”. We pour our heart (and sprinkles) into every donut. We are obsessed with the details, so you can have your little joy dance with the first bite and sight.

Dipped in dreamy pastel glazes, drizzled with gold, and topped with tiny sugar flowers, they’re almost too pretty to eat—almost! With a soft, chocolatey bite underneath all that beauty, they’re the perfect mix of fun and indulgence. Pair them with a warm coffee or just grab one for a little moment of happiness!

These are assorted cake pops, customized and colorful.

Cake Pops, Delight in a bite

Handcrafted cake pops—tiny, delicious cakes on a stick. They’re not just desserts; they’re edible gifts, perfect for celebrations or simply to brighten someone’s day. Whether arranged like a bouquet or personalized with heartfelt messages. Dipped in pastel chocolate, sprinkled with joy.

Whether you gift them or keep them all to yourself, we won’t judge!

Garlic Bread Sticks

We couldn’t let our focaccia feel all lonely with all those sweet treats around, so we gave it a buddy—our freshly baked Garlic Bread Sticks! Crispy on the outside, soft and buttery on the inside, with just the right amount of garlic and herbs. Whether you’re enjoying them on their own, dipping them in marinara, or pairing them with soup or pasta, they’re the perfect little savory bite to balance out all the sweetness on the menu. A cozy, comforting addition to any meal!

Baking

The biggest adventure you can take

Baking is both an art and a science. It’s about creating something beautiful and delicious, and there’s a real satisfaction in that. There is never an end to it!

Mary Berry once said, “Baking is not just about following a recipe, it’s about creating something from the heart. The smell of freshly baked bread, the sight of a cake rising in the oven—it brings people together and fills them with joy.”

Baking as a Tradition:

Baking is more than just a way to make food—it’s a way to connect with the past and share meaningful moments with the people we love. From the comforting smell of fresh bread baking at home to the special treats we make for holidays or birthdays, baking holds a place in our hearts and traditions. It’s about passing down family recipes that have been shared for generations, preserving memories, and creating new ones along the way. Whether it’s a wedding cake or a simple loaf of bread, each baked good is a symbol of love, celebration, and the joy of being together.

Baking as a Form of Therapy:

For many, baking is a way to slow down and find peace in a busy world. There’s something so calming about the rhythm of kneading dough or the focus it takes to perfect a cake. Mixing ingredients, feeling the texture of dough in your hands, or watching the oven work its magic—it all brings a sense of relaxation. Baking isn’t just about the end result; it’s the act itself, a mindful escape that requires patience and creativity. As an art, baking taps into your creative side, letting your imagination flow in every decoration or flavor. At the same time, as a science, it’s full of surprises—experimenting with new ingredients, temperatures, and techniques brings both excitement and satisfaction when things turn out just right. The joy of creating something beautiful and tasting the fruits of your labor is what makes it so fulfilling, offering both a calm and thrilling experience in one.
